Welcome to our sunny studio with balcony—your cozy base camp for exciting adventures and relaxing evenings. Whether you're looking for action, a break, or simply to do nothing, this is the place for you. I look forward to seeing you!
Our lovingly furnished studio invites you to feel at home! The bright living and dining area is equipped with a practical kitchenette that offers everything you need to prepare small meals: a hob, a refrigerator, and a small oven. The cozy dining area with a table and four chairs offers space for shared meals or convivial game nights. In the living area, a comfortable sofa and armchair ensure relaxing hours after an eventful day of vacation. The modern bathroom has a shower and a sink.
There is a washing machine and a dryer. Both are located in the basement, which can be reached from the house entrance via a staircase. Use the door on your left once you have gone down the basement stairs.
We also have a great basement room. It is secured with a combination lock (the code is the same as for the key box and will be provided when you make your booking). You can use it to store your mountain bike or skis, for example. The basement room is marked “Kleine Harz-Oase” so that you can find it.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG. Für diejenigen unter euch, die lieber den Fahrstuhl benutzen als die Treppe, erreicht ihr die Ferienwohnung auch bequem über einen Aufzug.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Beide befinden sich im Keller, der vom Hauseingang über eine Treppe nach unten erreichbar ist. Benutze die Tür zu deiner Linken, sobald du die Kellertreppe nach unten gegangen bist.

🚍 Public Transport Bus Lines: Braunlage is well connected to the regional bus network. Line 820 links Braunlage with Bad Harzburg and St. Andreasberg, while Line 264 offers connections to Wernigerode. Other lines, like 470 and 472, serve nearby towns.
🚗 Traveling by Car Braunlage can be reached via the A7 motorway and federal roads B82 and B498. From the south, B4 leads to Braunlage via Hohegeiß.
