House Rules

Welcome! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules.

1. General & Shoes

Please treat the apartment with care.

  • Shoes: Please take off street shoes inside the apartment. Please place winter and hiking boots exclusively on the provided mats/trays inside the apartment. Do not leave shoes in the hallway.
  • Liability: The tenant is liable for damages to the apartment or inventory in the amount of the replacement costs. Please report damages immediately.

2. Parking

One parking space is available directly in front of the building. Please use only the designated area.

3. Bed Linen & Towels

Our apartments are rented without bed linen and towels as standard. Please bring your own covers and towels and make the beds upon arrival.

  • Apartment"Kleine Harz-Oase": 160 x 200 cm
  • Apartment "Waldzeit": 180 x 200 cm

Did you forget your linen? On request, we can provide a linen package (bed linen & towels) for 20.00 EUR per person. Please let us know in advance.

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

5. Smoking & BBQ

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Please smoke outside only.
  • BBQ: Grilling/Barbecuing on the balcony is not permitted (Fire safety & odor nuisance).

6. Quiet Hours

Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid noise in the staircase.

7. Ventilation & Heating

Please air the rooms daily by opening windows wide for 5-10 minutes to prevent mold. Please turn down the heating while ventilating.

8. Kitchen & Waste

  • Please only put clean dishes back into the cupboards.
  • Waste Separation: Please separate waste (Paper, Plastic, Residual waste, Glass) and use the corresponding bins. Waste bins are available on the street for disposal. You can find glass recycling bins on Tanner Straße, near the 'Am Hasselkopf' toboggan run.

9. Departure

Vacate by 10:00 AM. Please leave "broom clean":

  • Dispose of trash & wash dishes.
  • Close windows, turn off lights, lock the door.
